ST - The Rhugandy brothers spar with House Vhemadzy, then embark on a journey to Glamour where they participate in the Sacred Time festivities celebrating the Chaining of Orlanth. By the end of their short visit they have made a powerful enemy and are exiled from the Silver Shadow.

ST - Imal Aidontas appoints Leo as Sirdar of Vitensag, the fief recently recovered from House Vhemadzy. At times, it appears that Grandfather truly wants Leo to fail. Regardless, Leo triumphs over adversity and his fief becomes prosperous and strong.

ST - Imal Aidontas becomes a tyrant in the Dark Shah tradition, and there is dissent in the ranks. Sirdar Leo tries to be a good grandson, even slaying a treacherous uncle or two, but it is all for naught. The Rhugandy brothers discover that Imal Aidontas has imprisoned the soul of their father Kustavas as part of the patriarch's plan to extend his rule perpetually.  Leo recovers the iron energy prison containing his father's essence, but attempts to prevent his brothers from immediately releasing Kustavas. When this fails, Leo flees the Western Reaches to parts unknown. Leo's brothers lead a rebel army to Sharpandash and win the day at the Battle of Madstone Gap. The Old Man is assassinated while the battle rages in the valley below. Leo's elder brother, Sirdar Asterov Rhugandy, takes the throne of Great House Sharpan and awaits recognition by the Sharpan Fazziks and the Padishah's Eye.

ST - Imal Asterov tracked the Rhugandy brothers' old enemy, the magician Damonius Estarven, to the Yolp Mountains where the trail went cold. The new Imal asks his brother, Sirdar Frulimon, to lead an expedition to the icy, Digijelm infested peaks to take personal charge of the tracking. When Frulimon finds the Lunar renegade, he is to execute him. Frulimon discovers that agents of enemy House Sarat departed a day earlier, intent on causing trouble. The heroes race south in hot pursuit, but are stopped by a strange occurrence. A planet rises into the sky that has not been seen for seven hundred years - the Boat Planet, called Anaxial by the Dara Happans. All travel across Lake Oronin has been forbidden by the Sirdar of Minstinus while the significance of the Boat Raising is determined. Lord Frulimon secures passage on a shady vessel which turns out to be haunted by the spirits of men slain during the Battle of Castle Blue. The heroes are rescued by the Veth Ethdisi and are told that an evil magician is influencing the dreams of a True Dragon in the Yolp Mountains. They ask the Frulimon to be their instrument in stopping the madman. Frulimon agrees. The Veth Ethdisi, give the heroes a magical blade to use in the quest - Windraiser, which contains a powerful essence of Air. Frulimon recognizes Windraiser as the same magical sword that the Rhugandy brothers acquired during their journey to Glamour in 1621. He believed that the blade had been returned to the Magi, but the boat carrying it never arrived in Brinnus. After this momentous encounter, Frulimon proceeds south through Durnvok and into Anadikki where he meets the High Karm and wins a duel with the minions of House Sarat.

ST - The heroes spend the winter with the High Karm in High Rock and continue their hunt for Damonius Estarven in the spring. try as they might, the heroes find no sign of their quarry. The quest is interrupted by a powerful Dream Dragon that attacks High Rock. The desperate High Karm asks the heroes to defeat the dragon by undertaking the Anointing of Survilstar heroquest. They agree. Rituals are performed, aid is granted by the Anadikki tribes, and magical artifacts are gathered. When the quest is attempted, weird divergences from the expected stations happen. The King's Men are replaced by Digijelm sorcerers. The Dragon's lair is crawling with Dragonnewts who are turning it into a temple complex. At last, when Frulimon tries to conjure the essence of Abraxis the Blessed he is met by none other than Damonius Estarven himself! While the renegade magician gloats, the dragon he "controls" appears - awake, aware, and angry. The villain is suitably rewarded for his perfidy and the heroes are rewarded for their assistance. When the survivors return to the Inner World, they find themselves in Dragon Pass just in time to witness the Reaching Moon disaster. This begins their long quest to return home, which includes a parley with the Sartarite rebels and assisting the Grazers in a battle with the Black Horse Troop. The heroes over-winter in The Hold with Oddi the Keen, King of the Bilini, and help him lay siege to the Seven Hills in the spring.

ST - Following the great victory against Hellwood, the heroes attempt to convince King Oddi that the time is ripe for the Bilini Kingdom to invade the empire. With the rebellion in Sartar following Dragonrise, surely the Emperor will not have the time or resources to confront the Bilini tribes! Sadly the King refused to make any promises other than to say he would consider the idea further. The heroes departed on good terms, and made there way north to Anadikki where they were warmly received by the High Karm. All of Anadikki had believed the heroes to have perished saving the kingdom from the dragons the previous year. After feasts and revels in their honor, the heroes continued north to Carmania where they find that the Triumphant Focus, a Reaching Moon Temple in Doblian, has been disabled. Brinnus is no longer under the Glowline! When they crossed Lake Oronin they were met by the Blue Folk, one of which agreed to return to the mortal world as Brightor's new bride. At last the heroes arrived home at Lasdag where they learned that a burning lion had been seen in the sky, racing west into the Brass Mountains. It was seen as a sign from heroic Lord Drughan, the First Lion, who was the first of Syranthir's men to convert to the worship of Durbadath. He was also the founder of House Rhugandy. The heroes followed the Burning Lion into the mountains and discovered a ruined castle in a secluded valley. In due course they repelled an attack by a clan of Vernastson's, released the valley's river spirit, and received a vision of dark prophesy from Lord Drughan.

ST - Lord Asterov joined the imperial caravan to Kralorela, planning to search the far east for clues to the origins of Sinoda and Alanthore. The secrets they discover will be used in a heroquest next year to foil the imperial corn crop. In Oraya the heroes learned that the Red Sun Movement within the HonEel Radiance in Oraya has moved the Corn Rites to the Vernal Equinox and substituted virgin women for criminals in the sacrifice. Widespread unrest among the populace erupted just as the caravan departed the empire. When the caravan reached the farthest extent of the settled Redlands, they encountered a pentian "horde" fleeing what they described as an empire of heretics forming out on the plains. Just as the battle with the Pentians was getting started, a new menace arrived. An entire nation of trolls was moving north through the area, fleeing some unknown catastrophe further south! The caravan, with the aid of the Pentans, barely managed for fight its way out of the path of the trolls. Having won a great victory together, the caravan and Pentans parted ways on tolerable terms. The caravan continued east, and the Pentans turned south into the Elder Wilds. The party left the caravan briefly to investigate an elf forest growing along the northern Rockwood Mountains. Negotiations were difficult, but the elves gave the heroes more secrets of the gods known as Alanthore and Sinoda.

The party rejoined the caravan at Red Hair Place where the Red Khan insisted on personally escorting the caravan across Pent. When about half way across Pent, the party was betrayed by the Red Khan who revealed himself to be the rumored Ur Khan - the Khan of Khans! He was part of a vast continent spanning conspiracy to bring the cult of the Red Sun to Peloria by infiltrating and perverting the HonEel corn rites. The heroes defeated him in battle only to find themselves surrounded by a huge thundering Pentian horde. It seems that the Red Khan was a dupe. The true Khan of Khans had arrived to slay him, but found that the heroes had beaten him to the punch. In the talks that followed, the heroes and Pentians realized that they had a common enemy - the Lunar Empire! The Ur Khan allowed the heroes to return home in peace with the understanding that they would help him at some time in the future. The trip home took many months. The heroes finally arrived in Earth Season of 1628 and discovered that the Red Emperor had offered himself as sacrifice in the HonEel corn rites! He did not return. The time for rebellion has come...
